Carmel Fest 2017 - "Hats Off to America"

This year is the 28th running of The Carmel Fest, and its expected to be the best fest yet!
The theme of this year's parade is "Hats Off to America" so wear the biggest and most patriotic hat you can find! The parade is going to start at 10:30 AM on July 4th and according to their website, "RAIN or SHINE".
The Carmel Fest parade will delight spectators with bands, motorcycle drill teams, clowns, lively color guards, Colt’s cheerleaders, designed floats, gymnasts, local celebrities, veterans and more!
